Overview
We are currently recruiting on behalf of multiple clients in the East Midalnds that are looking to recruit for an experienced Surveyor to join their teams. Both of our clients are offering a temporary position for 3 months and offering a competitive rate of pay. The roles are both looking to start as soon as possible and are for 37 hours per week. The duties and requirements of the role can be seen below: Visit tenanted properties and diagnose repairs needed to be carried out Prepare specifications and ensure works are completed up to the standard expected Manage and respond to complaints from stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner Assist in the formation of future of maintenance plans including the settling out and management of budgets Carry out pre and post inspections to a variety of works carried out by contractors to a satisfactory standard Ensure works are carried out within budget and completed on time Identify faults in properties and provide swift and cost-effective solutions This role requires you to have a full UK driving license and access to your own car.
