Permanent Estimator / Quantity Surveyor role, Derbyshire, NHS & Education construction desirable - £Negotiable Your new company You will be working for an established contractor who are based in Derbyshire. The organisation complete full turn key projects across a range of sectors including; Retail, Corporate Refurbishment and Rail Property. The organisation now have a chance to expand their working portfolio into the Education and Healthcare sectors and as such are seeking an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Your new role You will be working in the Derbyshire office as part of a commercial team. The office is regularly occupied but circa 20 staff comprising of commercial and other functions. The role will involve lead generation, pricing, producing tenders and Surveying duties across multiple projects. Ideally you will have a strong permanent background of winning work in the Education & Healthcare sectors. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate experience in new build and refurbishment projects across Education & Healthcare projects. You will also be in comfortable in liaising with clients in order to win new business. You will have the ability to work as both an Estimator and Quantity Surveyor in a fast paced environment.
