Children, Families & Youth Worker Contract: Full Time Salary: £25,000- £28,000 (according to experience) Location: Putney and Roehampton, South-West London Closing date for applications: 26 April, 2020 (to begin work on 1 st September, 2020) Are you an experienced children’s, youth or families worker keen to explore your calling to share the love of God with those facing the pressures of modern life in a variety of contexts? We are seeking to employ a dynamic and committed person to work with children, youth and families in the Putney and Roehampton areas of South-West London. The successful applicant will work to support existing mission and nurture new projects, including schools work, leading clubs and organising a Sunday School. They will work alongside existing volunteers and staff members, building on work undertaken by others but also bringing fresh insight and leadership. Putney Methodist Church is a vibrant community with a small but enthusiastic Sunday School with excellent facilities in a prominent location.
