HRBP with a focus on ED&I, Culture & Engagement required for our Dorking client up to £50,000 Your new company A commercial organisation based in Dorking, Surrey Your new role, HR Business Partner, 4 or 5 days per week This role will be responsible for facilitating the development of an inclusive and engaging culture where our client will bring their Values to life to ensure they deliver success for their people. The role will design and develop programmes, frameworks, interventions and solutions to reinforce their Purpose, Vision, Values, and Behaviours and their commitment of delivering an inclusive workplace. Working with organisational leaders to establish buy-in and drive ownership of employee engagement to embed their desired culture and employee experience and deliver their Purpose and Vision. Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to influence engagement, alignment and accountability with their Values and Behaviours. Key responsibilities of the role: Accountable for the design and implementation of the Employer Value Proposition strategy for the organisation. Translating and implementing the strategy into the right behaviours, policies and plans to embed culture so Values are at the core of everything and they can be an employer of choice for every employee. Identify opportunities to continually improve the employee experience, engagement and retention. Collaborate with and equip colleagues and line managers with tools, interventions, skills advice and support to drive their EVP and implement sustainable programs of work to build/align culture within the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the EVP to life. Coordinate the preparation and roll out of employee engagement survey(s) Responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Vision Build the awareness of D&I and its value throughout the business through engaging, advising, coaching and influencing key stakeholders to build their knowledge and capability. Design and implement specialised D&I & Employer of Choice (EoC) programmes and tools in support of our client's employee attraction, recruitment and retention activities. Work alongside the internal communication and recruitment teams to set the tone, brand and positioning of the organisation to attract the best talent in the external market. Champion D&I within the company's recruitment processes to more effectively source a greater diversity of candidates across underrepresented groups and work to enhance our reputation as an inclusive employer. Use key people metrics, including the employee engagement survey results and D&I metrics alongside key business results to interpret data, create insights, track, measure and report progress against D&I plans and make recommendations on actions that will drive employee engagement, create value for the organisation. What you'll need to succeed Highly developed understanding of geographical and cultural differences and their impact on business initiatives Strong collaboration, consulting and analytical skills Strong commercial skills, able to work at pace and with pragmatism Proven experience in delivering D&I & Employer of Choice initiatives Proven experience of delivering successful D&I and EoC programmes. Experience within an Employee Value Proposition, or similar, role. Knowledge and experience of attraction strategies and recruitment channels, experience of campaign planning & management. Knowledge and experience in project management & delivery.
