Criteria:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as an analyst including database management, data
imports, mapping data types, and writing SQL queries.
· Minimum three years (3) HRIS experience
Accountability Objectives:
The HRIS Analyst will optimize and manage Human Capital Management (HCM) systems to enhance organizational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand and improve processes, staying informed about system updates, providing daily support, and maintaining data accuracy.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing HCM projects, identifying and implementing process improvements, developing training materials, ensuring data security, managing vendor relationships, and resolving technical issues. The Analyst will also assist in implementing new HCM processes, leverage reporting features, develop dashboards, contribute to HR analytics, and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This position is crucial for maintaining data integrity, supporting growth, and enhancing HCM functionality.
