Overview
Permanent Estimator role, Derbyshire, Medium Sized Main Contractor, Multi Sector works £55k - £60k Your new company You will be working for a family owned main contractor who are based in Derbyshire. The organisation work across multiple sectors including Commercial, Retail and Mixed use developments. The projects are both new build and refurbishment and range in value from smaller works to £10m. The company are now seeking a permanent Estimator to join their ranks. Your new role You will be working as a hands on Estimator as part of the commercial team completing take off's, measurements, dealing with enquiries, looking and labour plant materials, and producing bills of quantities. Ideally you will be able to Estimate from first principles The role will require both speed and accuracy and involve using ConQuest software. What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record of employment as an Estimator for medium sized main contractors. You will be able to respond quickly to the fast paced environment and have strong procurement and supply chain knowledge. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary of between £55k and £60k dependant on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package including pension and car allowance.
