In our business time is always of the essence, so we need to ensure our systems are running effectively at all times. You will our join friendly and talented tech team, who will support and facilitate your growth as a Technical Test Lead. Our Testers and Devs are key to all we do, and we are always looking for ways to innovate and improve WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? You will work alongside our existing Testers, and Dev's taking ownership of automated and non-functional testing across our backend systems, website and supporting web applications. We utilise Agile as a methodology so prior experience of working with this in mind a huge plus. We need you to have prior experience of creating automation frameworks from scratch ideally in an open source environment, as you will be key in helping us shape, and improve our approach to automation. We are looking for a great communicator, someone happy in a close knit laid back working environment, as you will be helping to coach and mentor others, imparting your automation and performance testing knowledge. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…. Automation testing experience (framework creation) Non-functional testing experience Coaching and mentoring experience ITS NICE TO HAVE….
