Overview

Reporting to a Team Leader the role of Settlement/Asset Administrator (2 roles available) is initially offered on a 3 month contract (possibly extended). The Asset Administrator ensures all aspects of asset servicing administration (settlement of trades and reconciliation of client stock and cash records) are completed correctly and efficiently, in accordance with Compliance Manual & CASS procedures. Further responsibilities of the Asset Administrator include… Process all asset servicing administration tasks - including Equities, Units Trusts, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Cash and Foreign Exchange transactions. Work diligently to achieve agreed KPI’s and SLA’s Assist the Team Leader with ad-hoc projects Report any suspect activities to MLRO. Participate proactively in team meetings.
