We currently have multiple opportunities for experienced brewers. If you are looking for a change of scenery and to join a growing company with an exciting future, this would be the place for you. You would be responsible for the day-to-day production of a number of core products, and help the business move forward. The constant delivery of quality products is your prime objective. Making sure that whichever beer is produced to the highest quality at all times. Responsible for Manage the day to day operations, overseeing every element of production Responsible for maintaining the highest level of hygiene and food safety Yeast management Quality control Ensure all procedures are in place and adhered too The successful candidate will have: Experience in the brewery industry and managing production Process driven Ambition to build their career Ideally with a qualification in brewing Experience in a large production brewery In return they are offering a competitive package with a great additional benefits package.
