Overview
As Employee Relations Manager you will be responsible for delivering key strategies and projects by providing end to end case management and ER advice, you will also be line managing a team of HR Advisors. Main responsibilities will include: - Train, coach and support HR advisory team, Senior Leadership and line managers. - Act as a point of senior escalation to the advisory team. - Manage end to end ER case management. - Attend regular legal meetings/reviews. - Focus on continuous improvement. Experience required: - Prior experience and exposure to the external tribunal area. - Experience working within a large and complex organisation. - Strong Employee Relations knowledge. - Stakeholder management. - Strong team management experience. - International Mobility Management - Immigration Process Management Please apply now if you have the relevant experience required.
