Overview
Operations Coordinator This exciting new vacancy for an Operations Coordinator to cover Maternity Leave for a period of 12 months. The role of Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the division including managing a team of up to 10 staff. Experience of managing a team to deliver programs of work in a fast-paced environment is a must. Duties will include Producing and maintaining weekly/monthly operating schedule Maintaining regular contact with staff Liaison and Communicating with clients Overseeing the use and maintenance of divisional vehicles Preparing and operating procedures and risk assessment method statements Providing hand on support when required You must also be able to arrange transportation interpret data and operate software Compile reports including survey reports for clients and contributing to internal reporting SKILLS REQUIRED Excellent organisation Excellent communication and motivation to maintain daily contact with staff Good Health and Safety Awareness Strong IT Skills Experience managing a team If you have a strong logistics or technical background, please send your CV today.
