Overview
Seven Social Care are looking for a Temporary Retirement Living Assistant based in Liverpool. The contract is initially for 6 months and the pay rate is £10.50 p/h paid via umbrella company. The role: This role is more of an intensive housing management role requiring a knowledge of housing management procedures which while empathy is a great skill that we encourage hands on support is not a requirement. In your role, you need ensure at all times a professional and supportive approach is maintained whilst assisting in the day to day delivery of the service for Retirement Living, working as part of a team to provide 'best practice', customer focused housing service provision across a group of schemes. Key Responsibilities: Act as an initial point of reference on the phone or in a reception area as required. Assist in the provision of comprehensive housing management including working with tenancy agreements. Carry out day to day office administration functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld. Report repairs and maintenance needs on behalf of the customer following agreed procedures. Assist in the monitoring and delivery of service contracts at the scheme including lifts, heating, fire equipment, gardening etc. Applicant Requirements: Qualifications: N/A Experience: 2 years working in a similar role. Compliance: Up to date DBS. Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently. Hours: 37.5 hours p/w.
