Overview
Do you have the desire to help change lives and have experience of working within a mental health setting? Introduction In early 2018 Response launched Inform as the systems used by service delivery to manage all of the data pertaining to managing clients and their support, recovery and risk information. The system is accessed and use by hundreds of staff each day and is used by the senior management to track performance, support the resolution of incidents and manage data for the purpose of creating reports. Job Summary: Provide day to day administration of the system such as setting up and deleting users as well as managing the total number of licenses purchased by the organisation for use by staff. Providing training on the system and direct one to one support for staff and teams is required by this post holder. The aim is to ensure that all staff have accessible training tools to help them use the systems effectively and can get targeted support when needed. Furthermore, new additions to the system and the management of all adaptations requested and supported by the lead development team are required to be tracked and monitored through to completions. The generating of reports specific to the needs of service delivery are expected to be created and run by the post holder. Integral to this is the need to periodically monitor and review the quality of data entry into the system from across the teams in service delivery. The purpose of this is to ensure that data integrity is high and identify teams where the accuracy of input is poor in order to target support to that team so that quality of data entry can be improved. There may also be other support more broadly of the implementation and integration of IT systems within the business as and when as needed. As Response moves towards using smartphones more widely within service delivery and Inform operates from such handsets, a certain amount of the postholders time will be allocated to the smooth operation of these handsets and their running of the Inform Smartphone App. This role is a part time role, 3 days a week, 21 hours. Specific purpose of role: To ensure accurate data entry across the systems To create and run reports as required by Service Delivery SMT To support staff team in acquiring the knowledge and training tools to safely and confidently use the system To liaise with the SMT in regard to the ongoing development of the system To support the integration and smooth running of the system across a variety of hardware options including smartphones Job Description – Key Activities / Duties / Responsibilities Report creation Logging of system changes Maintenance of changelog Creation of new license holders Organisational password management of the system Archive management Smartphone app management License use and deactivation Key Selection Criteria - Mandatory / Key Competencies Experience in database management Good working knowledge of modern IT systems Minimum 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office Products to a professional standard Ability to work systematically through a high volume of incoming work Response Organisation is one of the largest mental health charities in Oxfordshire that provides housing and a range of support for people that experience severe and enduring mental health needs.
