Overview
IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our key clients in the Insurance space for an Office Administrator to provide team support to the Facilities department and wider teams within the business. This is a permanent role paying up to £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience and will be located in East Central London. What is expected of the Office Admin; - Daily inspections: Identify repairs & logging maintenance calls - Liaising with service providers and contractors - Managing access control and pass allocation - Assisting with Health and Safety/Office group inductions - Cover reception desk as required (holidays, training etc.) - Assist with stock and invoices - Accepting and checking daily stock deliveries - Distributing incoming outgoing mail - Managing office supplies and storerooms - Managing hot desks & touch down areas - Flexible to traveling to our Sussex office (if required) What we look for in an Office Admin; - Confident communicator (oral and written). - Good time management and organisational skills - Team player - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel and the ability to learn company specific software - Personable - Be innovative, identifying improvements and smarter ways of working - Ability to work as part of a team with fluctuating workload - Experience in Health & Safety is an advantage What you will receive as the Office Admin; - Competitive Salary - Permanent Contract - Full time role based in London paying upto £20,000 - £22,000 - Globally recognised brand to add to your portfolio InterQuest Group is acting as an employment agency for this vacancy.
