Overview
The co-ordinator will engage with sales, design and operational teams. Responsibilities include: - Provide ongoing support to clients and strategic international partners through technical advice and the provision of critical component items for continued aftersales care. - Assist with the preparation and creation of company presentations (technical and commercial). - Update, manage and analyse the organisations Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to understand domestic and international market trends. - Provide technical support to the sales team in the development of water treatment equipment. - Compose technical and commercial proposals with the sales and maintence teams and assist with contract completion. - Work closely with in-house laboratory to collate and communicate test results for use within technical proposals and reports. Skills and qualifications: - Proven history of water treatment techniques would be preferable however in-house training programme will be delivered to the successful candidate. - Willingness to travel both overseas and within the UK - Successful candidate must hold the immediate and permanent right to work in the UK. - Degree educated in with either a scientific or engineering discipline.
