Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing current and aspiring Managers. As a Leadership and Management Coach (Assessor) in Management, you will be responsible for developing the careers of current and aspiring Managers through the delivery of a new Leadership & Management programme. Key Objectives Your role begins with meeting individuals and businesses that are interested in undertaking the course and explaining our programme in depth to ensure that they are suitable and that it meets their requirements. You will then initiate a programme of development over the next 18 months covering the following areas: Strategic Planning Developing & Implementing Operational Plans Manage Product and / or Service Development Managing Change Effective Project Management Designing effective Business Processes Optimising the use of Technology Continuous Improvement Financial & Budget Management Leadership & Management will work with 45 individuals over this period in a variety of Businesses. It is your responsibility to ensure each individual completes the course within the programme duration of 18 months. The programme is funded through investment from the employer and government as part of a new Apprenticeship Standard in Leadership & Management at Level 5. Ensuring your learners complete the qualification within 18 months is essential to ensure that we are meeting the requirements of the programme, employer and government. You will be responsible for meeting with the individual and employer regularly at their place of work to plan and review their learning to date. In between each visit, you will guide the individual through a range of on-line blended learning resources through fortnightly telephone coaching sessions.
