Bartender

Experience: Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of gins/vodka, cocktails and bar equipment.

Multitasking: Must perform various tasks simultaneously, being able to deal with many customers. 

Attention to Detail: Ability to demonstrate adaptability to quick changes.

Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and work in a restaurant environment.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers

Handle beverage orders directly from customers and inform customers of any specials.

Should be friendly, tactful and attentive.

Builds positive, professional relationships with customers.

Cocktail Preparation and Bar Operations:

Prepare classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency

Ensure all drinks meet quality and presentation standards

Knowledge of the general wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages the bar serves

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages with quality and great presentation.

Keeping the bar area clean, including washing glassware, utensils, and bar tools

Maintains displays of liquor and glasses daily.

Taking beverage orders from customers

Maintain industry food safety standards.
