Requirements

Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.

Minimum of three (3) years of management experience within a retail environment.

Proven ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in medium to large organizations.

Strong analytical, organizational, and monitoring skills.

Ability to effectively lead teams, collaborate, influence, and teach best practices.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities

Capacity to develop and implement effective business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Expertise in ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies to drive store performance and brand awareness.

Strong understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profits and manage expenses effectively.

Familiarity with retail management software and tools to analyze data and streamline operations across the region.

Performs any other duties that may be assigned to you by the Director of Sales.
