 Our client is looking for Project Manager

Qualifications/Experience:  

 Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration,  Engineering, or a related field  

 Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in the construction  industry  

 Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion within  budget and time constraints. 

 

Skills:  

 Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse  team.  

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

 Proficient in project management software  

 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  

 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities:  

 Lead project execution while managing expectations with team members and  stakeholders.  

 Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to  ensure successful completion.  

 Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.  

 Create and manage budgets, including resource allocation and expenditure  tracking.  

 Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, and  milestones.  

 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in  collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.  

 Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to  achieve project goals.  

 Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure  effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.  

 Prepare regular project status reports to update stakeholders on progress,  challenges, and changes.  

 Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on  time.
