Our client is looking for Cafe Attendant

Duties & Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales

Warmly welcome customers and maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.

Serve donuts, coffee, and other offerings efficiently.

Share product knowledge and promote daily specials.

Accurately process sales, manage float, and handle opening/closing on the POS system.

Respond to phone/WhatsApp inquiries promptly and professionally.

Manage FoodDrop orders quickly and ensure accurate logging of customer requests


Food & Beverage Preparation

Prepare coffee, drinks, and sandwiches to standard recipes.

Keep equipment clean and ready for use.


Store Operations & Presentation

Open store at 7:00 AM and prepare for service.

Unpack, arrange, and display donuts attractively while following food safety standards.

Maintain stock of daily supplies (e.g. boxes, bags, napkins).

Perform accurate daily inventory and close store at the designated time.


Cleanliness & Maintenance

Keep all areas (front, back, restroom) clean and sanitary.

Clean donut containers and manage end-of-day waste disposal.


Communication & Coordination

Maintain respectful, clear communication with customers, team, and admin.

Qualifications:

At least one (1) year of experience in a similar role
