Our client is looking for Range Cook

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work in assigned stations as set by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring that all assigned tasks and responsibilities are executed efficiently and effectively within the designated area of the kitchen.

Prepare and serve high-quality meals in accordance with recipes and airline standards.

Organize workstations efficiently and ensure timely preparation of dishes by maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked area.

Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and other essential tools, following proper handling procedures and safety protocols.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area and equipment by adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Adhere to portion control, food safety, and HACCP standards by accurately measuring ingredients, following storage protocols.

Slice, grind, and prepare ingredients for cooking using a full range of methods, including grilling, frying, baking, and sautéing.

Serve food in proper portions and on correct serving vessels


ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Professional certification in Culinary Arts or related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a food production environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lift 20lbsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
