Bartender

Our client is looking for Bartender

Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Beverage Knowledge: Knowledge of different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, drink recipes, and mixing techniques.

Bar Operations: Ability to handle bar equipment, maintain a clean and organized bar area, and manage inventory.

Responsibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and make responsible decisions regarding alcohol service.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items, and reach and bend.

Experience: Previous bartending or customer service experience is often preferred.

Other: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Duties:

May contribute to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus.

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, shots, beer, wine, and spirits.

Take beverage orders from customers or waitstaff.

Interact with customers to provide a positive and friendly experience.

Check identification to verify legal drinking age.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area.

Manage bar inventory, including stocking and ordering supplies.

Prepare and maintain beverage garnishes and bar supplies.

Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring customers for intoxication and refusing service when necessary.

May prepare and serve food items at the bar.

Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Assist with opening and closing procedures.
