Our client is looking for Hotel Reservation and Sales Expert
A leader within the hospitality industry is looking for Experts to provide reservations and sales support to their customers. In this role you, you will handle incoming calls from customers who are looking to book a vacation or getaway. The perfect candidate is highly energetic and engaging, and enjoys interacting with travelling guests.
Our ideal candidate should:
Possess a valid ID (National ID, Passport or Drivers’ License)Be 18 years or older
Be computer literate- you must be able to navigate a computer and type at least 20 WPM
Be outgoing with excellent communication skills and the willingness to ask probing questions and work to close a sale.
Be flexible to cover a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
