Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Accounting or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar capacity.

Computer Literate. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Outlook.


Responsibilities

Provide executive and general administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).

Handling communication to and from the MD's Office.

Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.

Welcome, guide and assist guest on behalf of the MD.

Managing detailed calendar and scheduling meetings.

Monitoring domestic and international financial developments of interest to the Bank.

Carrying out specific projects and research and presenting related findings as directed.

Assisting in the preparation of reports, letters and other key documents.

Preparing Minutes of Meeting and circulate to relevant persons/department.
