DuNae Trading Company Inc. is looking for Corporate Sales Manager


Role Overview: As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships with key corporate clients, and leading our sales team to achieve business targets. Your strategic planning and exceptional leadership will ensure our company’s growth and presence in the Guyanese and regional markets.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals; manage recruitment and training processes for the sales department.

Establish and nurture relationships with senior management and decision-makers in potential client organizations.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.

Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Corporate Sales Lead, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales growth.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
