RESPONSIBILITIES:


Oversee the daily operations of the Supermarket.

Evaluate Employee performance and training needs.

Communicate with Customers and evaluate their needs and handle complaints.

Ensure Employees adhere to Company policies and guidelines.

Supervise and motivate Employees to perform their best.

Knowledge in procuring products for the Supermarket.

Ensure proper inventory Management.

Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, revenues, expenses and competition.

Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources.

Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable.

Promote a safe hazard free environment for shopping.


REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

At least 5 years’ experience as a Supermarket Manager or a related Senior Management position.

Strong Customer Service attitude to communicate directly with Customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Capable of working collectively as a team.
