Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join our team based in Motherwell to maintain price lists and special pricing agreements within SAP Order Management and/or PMM Pricing Tool. What will you be doing? * You will enter and update gross price list into the Honeywell ECC pricing software (SAP/PMM) and customer specific price lists into the appropriate pricing tool. * Update order backlog with new/changes prices as per provided business guidelines. * You will liaise with sales, finance and/or product managers to resolve any price maintenance issues in a timely manner to enable on time order entry and deliveries/invoicing. * You will report pricing errors and reason codes regularly. * Support other Customer Care roles if required/requested. * You will support projects and process improvements to increase customer happiness and efficiency. We're looking for: * Experience with SAP R3 or Vendavo PMM. * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices. * Fluent in English, any additional language would be beneficial, specifically fluent in German or Italian would be preferred. * Six Sigma Green Belt
