Job Description
Cloud Imperium is looking for a Marketing Producer to join our Marketing team at our Wilmslow office! Position: + Serve as a global driving force for facilitating communication, organization, and accountability within the Marketing Art & Cinematics team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Producer + Own all Marketing Art & Cinematics schedules (daily and long-term), ensuring projects are achievable to its highest standard and on target + Coordinate with other marketing producers plus relevant video and dev team producers to ensure delivery of assets + Create, track, and manage tasks for Marketing Art & Cinematics team and ensure that schedules are maintained and adjusted accordingly for all marketing promotional initiatives, video trailers, merchandise, high-budget events and internal company initiatives + Compile and send out regular reports on team progress and accomplishments + Identify, assess, communicate and resolve risks that may prevent the team from completing deadlines + Work with team leads to identify and allocate resources necessary for the successful completion of project goals + Constantly assess pipelines and workflows and adjust as necessary + Effectively communicate ongoing Marketing Art & Cinematics projects with the wider team + Keep internal marketing confluence page, team documentation and action items frequently up to date + Schedule, set agendas and drive meetings + Serve as custodian of team health and foster a culture of success + Attend remote events, provide staff-level support and other duties and responsibilities assigned by Cloud Imperium Games reasonably consistent with employee's skills and experience Requirements + A minimum of 4 years working on a production team, agency or other relevant job experience + Strong understanding of various project management methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban) + Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software pertinent to the job + Ability to consistently work under pressure in a professional manner; excellent problem solver and ensures the job gets done + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of employees including management + Exceptionally organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented + Willing to work adjusted hours to coordinate better with US teams + Proficient with standard project management development tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable) + Proactive & 'can-do' attitude who takes initiative to contribute effectively to the team + Some international travel required
