Worldwide Congress Content Specialist Content Specialist Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise in scientific data validation for congress content and all materials, to include exhibition booth assets Work alongside the WW Congress Content Manager to engage creative medical communication agencies to develop booth materials (panels, interactives, print etc.) Work alongside the WW Congress Content Manager to engage booth vendors to develop exhibition booth renders and final deliverables For review by WW Congress Content Manager draft vendor briefs, production and execution of congress content and all materials, adhering to core brand strategy, messaging and guidelines Work alongside the WW Congress Content Manager to project manage review/validation of congress content and all materials with WW brand, medical, and legal Manage review and approval of congress content and all materials with local market teams (brand, medical, regulatory, legal) to achieve full Mercury approval Work alongside the WW Congress Content Manager to project manage parallel approvals in accordance with congress organization deadlines Make introductions and communicate advance planning guidance regarding capacity and resource availability within countries Coordination with partner WW Content Managers and WW Congress Business Partner to execute congress content and all materials Record and manage ongoing refinements with exhibit space and booth development to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of booths to support brand and I-O team objectives Work alongside the WW Congress Content Manager to oversee onsite booth construction project management with WW exhibit vendor Gain experience to manage future onsite booth familiarization walkthrough with comprehensive presentation of all booth content Build new and grow existing relationships with internal stakeholders at the local country and WW levels Build strong and transparent relationships with all external vendors Assist the WW Congress Content Manger to review and approve for management approval all vendor budget estimates, contracts and SOWs Manage PO generation, invoice approval with reconciliation to WW budget Lead on one HCP Enhancement initiative Support to the WW Congress Business Partner: Extrapolation of sponsored assets to share with all vendors with associated briefs Build relationships with associations for all exhibit, ancillary space, symposia and additional sponsored asset related items Support the commercial execution and management of each event in coordination with Congress Management and local market teams, ensuring congress execution aligns with strategy Become familiar with compliance and legal WW, and local country SOPs to ensure each event is delivered in full accordance to laws and regulations. Record budget estimates/invoices from vendors and track against WW OPG budget Capabilities Needed for Success: 5+ years Pharmaceutical marketing experience required Experience in content review processes (medical, legal and regulatory review process) and approvals Experience in pharmaceutical marketing Strong communication and negotiation skills Demonstrate complex Project planning and management skills with strict adherence to timelines Budget management Proven strength at communicating effectively across global audience Proven ability to balance multiple priorities Demonstrate Innovation mindset (simplification - doing things better, faster and more cost effectively) Ability to translate & articulate complex issues into efficient and clear communication taking into consideration English as second language in many situations Ability to flex across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations and matrix partners Problem solver and results oriented Strong partnership skills; ability to influence and build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholder mix Bristol-Myers Squibb recognizes the importance of balance and flexibility in our work environment.
