Job Description The last twelve months have been a whirlwind of pitch wins, new hires and expansion for Merkle. As a key Project Manager within our business, you will be accountable for the management of all project change for your clients' portfolios; from large on-boarding projects bringing new clients into the business (projects values in the 500k-1m range), right down to small Change Requests (10-25k) and everything in between. Working closely with the Client Partner and the Solutions Consultants, you will be a key part of the leadership team overseeing the 20-30 cross-functional team members focused on delivering an exceptional service and associated change for your clients, predominantly relating to Adobe Marketing Solutions implementations. A few of the benefits Whether it's the joy of working with people at the top of their game or the Merkle social calendar, people love working here - and we hope you will too * Career development through Merkle University and other tools; with access to courses, textbooks and mentorship * Private Medical Insurance, Company Pension, life insurance and other corporate benefits * Free breakfast & fruit * Food Fridays - enjoy a takeaway lunch courtesy of us once a month * Four Thirsty - have a drink on us on a Friday afternoon! * A selection of other industry standard benefits Qualifications What we are looking for in you * Strong experience (5-10+ years) of simultaneously managing multiple client facing projects within a marketing or marketing services organisation, with responsibility for both delivery, profitability and commercials of your project portfolio. * Significant exposure to, and experience in, implementing data and people-based marketing solutions and technologies * Strong experience of Adobe Campaign Suites (incl Classic & Standard) and/or Pega Software is essential to this role. * Knowledge of other platforms including Unica, Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud are desirable. * Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire your team * Strong internal and external relationship builder, skilled in negotiation, facilitation and influence, and with a collaborative mind-set and attitude. * Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and handle the pressures that brings * Full software development life cycle experience, including agile methodologies (ScrumMaster certification desirable) * Project management certification: APMP, PMP or PRINCE2, plus MSP desirable * Hands-on experience of building and implementing best-practice project management processes to create structure and process in fast-paced organisations Additional Information At the point of application, the candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK as we are unable to sponsor visas as this time.
