Job Description
We are looking for an Online Customer Service Advisor to join our retail sales company - Mitsubishi Buy Online. The ideal candidate will provide Excellent Service to Mitsubishi Buy Online customers by handling enquiries, processing orders and managing the customer experience in a timely and efficient manner. Due to the nature of the operation, the team run extended opening hours, meaning that you will need to be able to work outside of usual business hours, including evening and weekends. Main Responsibilities Include: * To handle customer enquiries through all channels * To accurately record all customer contacts and ensure that up-to-date records are available at all times * To act as a point of contact throughout the customer process of ordering a vehicle through Mitsubishi Buy Online, managing all customer documentation and ensuring that the customer, the dealer and any relevant staff are updated as required * To administer orders, including the finance application process, vehicle registration, applying vehicle extras and any other miscellaneous tasks, working with dealers, third party suppliers and internal staff as required * To support the dealer network and retail stores in the delivery of excellent service to Buy Online customers * To liaise with internal departments and external companies to resolve any customer issues, working closely with internal Customer Services to appropriately hand over customer contact where required Essential Requirements for the Role: * GCSE Maths and English - minimum grade C or above * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel * Previous experience in a customer facing role * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Ability to type 55WPM mistake-free (please complete an online test prior to this to verify - * Strong customer service bias * Excellent attention to detail * Active listener * Able to prioritise duties and manage workload * Must be able to work outside of regular office hours, including evenings and weekends Desirable Requirements for the Role: * Previous Customer Service experience * Knowledge of CCC systems * Previous experience managing suppliers / business relationships * Self-confidence * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Occasional / possible working away from home (e.g. training, product launches) * Hold a valid UK driving licence at all times Benefits include: * Employee car ownership scheme * Discounted car purchase scheme * Good pension contributions * Private healthcare * Employee Assistance Programme * Cycle to Work scheme * Increased days holiday with length of service * Life insurance * Bonus scheme * Dining card & subsidised restaurant Responsibilities: We are looking for an Online Customer Service Advisor to join our retail sales company - Mitsubishi Buy Online.
