Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Surgical directorate for a six month secondment for a Matron in Ophthalmology working across the MSE. The post holder will be a key member of the senior nursing team within the directorate and across the MSE sites to provide professional, supportive and leadership contributions to the wider nursing team. The person applying for this post will have experience of all aspects of managing staff and budgets and will provide appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the directorate.
