Job Description Responsibilities of a Care Assistant: Provide day to day support to our local clients, ensuring they remain independent in their own homes * Ensure the environment in which our clients live is safe * Provide companionship based care and support * Deliver ongoing, continuity of care * Building relationships Qualifications If your caring and compassionate your are all ready qualified. You will have the opportunity to undertake the Care Certificate and progress onto nationally recognised qualifications, if you chose. You will receive support from the team for your ongoing continuous development.
