We have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics CRM and Analytics Manager to develop and manage our new Dynamics CRM system to ensure that the College utilises it fully, maximises engagement with users and highlights opportunities dependent on the business needs. This role will play a critical part in the delivery of a high profile and high value Dynamics CRM project. The Dynamics CRM and Analytics Manager will respect the frameworks and guidelines that underpin the College's strategy by working with our suppliers and colleagues, ensuring ongoing development of the Dynamics CRM addresses and meets the needs of the teams/users; whilst maintaining a strong user experience. In addition to being responsible for refreshing how we carry out analytical reporting. This role will work with other Managers and Heads of Department to ensure accuracy and integrity of data held within the Dynamics CRM, as well as creating analytical interfaces allowing the value of the data from across the College to be maximised. Data management and governance will also be a key part of this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of configuring and maintaining a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and experience of using BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. You will also have a firm understanding of how to manage data, how to interrogate data for key insights and of data/record management. Anaesthesia is the single largest hospital specialty in the NHS. The Royal College of Anaesthetists is the professional body responsible for the specialty throughout the UK and it ensures the quality of patient care through the maintenance of standards in anaesthesia, intensive care and pain medicine. Anaesthetists have overall responsibility for patients' wellbeing before, during and after surgery and selected procedures. They work across the hospital setting, in the operating theatre, A&E, critical care and obstetrics. 16 percent of all hospital consultants are anaesthetists and over two-thirds of hospital in-patients will see an anaesthetist. The Royal College of Anaesthetists supports over 19,000 members and over 4,000 from the associated Faculties of Intensive Care Medicine and Pain Medicine.
