Vista Panels Ltd, part of the Eurocell Plc group of companies, is a leading manufacturer and distributor of uPVC panels and Composite doors. We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be growing our team further by recruiting a Field Engineer to provide field based technical, service and remedial support for our products, primarily covering our Midlands Region, and various areas across the UK. Responsibilities include: * Providing a safe, quality led professional and efficient repair & maintenance service that meets industry and Vista's standards * Complying with company's policies and guidelines, including Health and Safety, completion of engineer reports and all remedial activities within a timely manner * Providing a remedial support service for GRP composite doors * Replacing/repairing but occasional full installs (including all make up) * Working under own initiative, with responsibility for job planning and travel routes * Toolbox talks/on-site training, including assisted installs * Inspections of installed doors in occupied and unoccupied properties * Training and working with existing engineers Applicants should be able to demonstrate: * Previous experience of installation and service of GRP composite doors * Excellent customer service skills * A full, current driving licence * An appropriate CSCS card could be an advantage, but is not essential The successful candidate will benefit from a highly competitive basic salary, company vehicle, and workplace pension scheme, along with other benefits.
