Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Technology Specialism Corporate and Business Strategy Management Level Associate Job Description & Summary A career in our Salesforce Marketing practice, within Salesforce Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Salesforce technology to enhance their customer experiences, enable sustainable change, and drive results. We focus on understanding our client's challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service and marketing capabilities by exploring data and identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location. As part of our marketing team, you'll help business leaders improve customer spend and loyalty by developing personalised marketing delivered via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Responsibilities: * Analysis of Client business requirements and mapping them to technology, choosing the right functionality to satisfy Client expectations * Configuration and customization of implemented solutions based on project scope * Leading Client workshop on the implemented systems including Marketing Cloud, Audience Studio (DMP), Pardot and others * Upskilling and certification * Creation of system presentations and co-leading of discovery meeting with Clients Candidate profile: * Experience with Marketing Automation solutions * Experience with Salesforce environment * Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL * Very good knowledge of English * Understanding of current Digital Marketing guidelines and trends * Willingness to learn new technologies and develop new skills Nice to have: * Consulting experience * Knowledge of marketing automation best practices * Experience with Marketing Cloud would be a plus Our offer: * Work on international projects as part of an experienced team * Variety of tasks and cross-cloud projects in Marketing Automation for international brands * Contract of employment or B2B * Certification and advancement in Marketing Automation competencies * Convenient office location * Private medical care and Multisport card * Fresh fruit everyday PwC Advisory spoka z ograniczona odpowiedzialnoscia sp.k. or another PwC entity which runs a recruitment process - list of entities: with its registered seat in Warsaw (00-633), Polna 11 Street, ("PwC" or "we") will be the controller of your personal data submitted in your application for a job.
