Lean Promotion Manager (m/f/d) Division U - Global Electronics 40217BR Job Description We are reinforcing our Supply Chain Management Team at our location in Shirley (UK), Peterlee (UK) or Koblenz (Germany) Your tasks as Lean Promotion Manager (m/f/d): + Analyze and develop materials management process/standards utilizing time, statistical analysis and planning tools to improve productivity & efficiency across multiple facilities in different regions + Identify, lead and manage improvement projects for different SCM functions and process: components planning, MPR, detail production scheduling (DPS), traceability systems, material flow inside the plants, warehouse activities (receiving, storage, lines feed and shipping) + Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement change in the organization through use of Six Sigma and Lean principles + Partners with plants SCM/operations personnel to secure process data for identification of technology gaps, improvement opportunities, and project definitions as well as coaching materials management personnel on measurements and daily updates to technology performance of plant utilization + Determine, develop, and implement appropriate levels of automation and mechanization using financial analysis and justification Your profile as Lean Promotion Manager (m/f/d): + Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management + Several years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Lean Management with a focus on improvement and standardization projects, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage + Excellent Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools like Six Sigma, Black Belt, etc. + Well-structured working and analytical thinking + Excellent communication skills and high willingness to travel Are you interested?
