Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Wetherby as a CAREGiver. We have a fantastic career path programme for you to follow which would lead to you being a Specialist Caregiver. In house training such as Dementia care, End of Life and Nutrition means you can make this role a brand new career change. Our clients are looking for the very best in care therefore we are intern searching for the highest quality of candidates who understand the importance of caring for an elderly person. Working within a team environment you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep our clients to stay at home independently. * This role is contracted for 16 or 25 hours for the following rota basis: * Monday - Friday 8.00am - 2.00pm OR 5.00pm - 10.00pm * A choice of SATURDAY or SUNDAY 8.00am - 9.00pm * We have either 16,20 or 25 hour contracts using the above windows of availabilty. Please only apply if you are able to commit to these times. You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
