Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to support the EMEA Region, Global CFO and Leadership team to drive results and enable achievement of Annual Operating Plan. The role will be based at our Bracknell Site What you will be doing? * You will lead all financial planning & analysis for EMEA business. Co-ordinate reporting across the region and functional teams. * You will build and maintain data reporting dashboards; variance analysis, trends, forecasts. Ensure robust functional data for decision and planning purposes. * You will own and Lead Working capital and Free Cash flow performance for EMEA, and drive culture focused on cash, ensuring a robust measurement system is in place. * You will present/communicate financial results, outlook to leadership. * You will own the EMEA financial planning cycle annual operating plan (AOP) ; working closely with the leadership team to formulate the medium to long term financial and strategic plan * You will monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variance * You will own internal controls, audits and regulatory reporting. Ensuring a strong internal process culture We're looking for: * Extensive experience in accounting and reporting, with good knowledge of handling high volume and complex data; In a financial accounting or financial analysis / reporting role with a large multinational company. * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or relevant discipline or equivalent experience. * Ability to deliver clear and concise information and formulation of strategy. * Experience of providing financial support in a product based business. * Credible individual with the ability to communicate at all levels. * Excellent Excel, HFM, SAP, and other systems skills. * Good grounding in Controllership techniques and requirements.
