Job Description We are looking for kind, caring people who have big hearts that can join our team to support out elderly clients locally to continue to live safe, well and independently at home.To us, home care is personal which is why we don't require a medical background. Everyone is different and our visits are tailored based on each client's individual needs. We pride ourselves on doing this properly which is why each call is a minimum of 1 hour. Every day is different, but every day is so rewarding - knowing that you are making a true difference in the lives of the people that you are visiting. We don't just provide personal care, we also support with home help, meal preparation and above all, companionship. Qualifications No experience is necessary as all the support and training you will need as a Home Instead CAREGiver is provided. All you need is a passion to help others and dedication to support our clients. Due to the community nature of the role having a driving licence with access to your own vehicle is hugely preferred.
