Our projects range from engineering automated regression testing and performance testing for global clearing houses, global healthcare trusts, Russell Group universities, leading telco providers, local /central government, healthcare providers, retailers, finance companies, banks, leading system integrators and Fintech companies. You will be required to travel and will be compensated for time away from the main office as per the rules Requirements As a Senior Test Manager, we want you to blend the ability to deliver test automation with being able to manage agile test project teams, build test teams and conduct test capability assessments Quality - Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail at all times; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes to ensure quality. Innovation - Displays original thinking and creativity; Generates suggestions for improving work; Develops innovative approaches and ideas; Teamwork - Interacts with and influences colleagues; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Contributes to building a positive team spirit; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed * Experience of managing digital transformation projects and implementing software test automation & CI/CD * Experience of working in multi-vendor environment and offshore suppliers * Experience of test capability assessments/evaluations * Experience of building test function for greenfield projects * Test Automation tools and frameworks: BDD, Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, Gherkin, REST and webMethods libraries * Performance: JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, Performance Center, Grinder * Test management and SDLC Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, Slack * CI/CD: Jenkins, Maven, Git * Cloud vendors: AWS, Azure * Previous coding experience in one or more of: Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Python, Scala, Groovy * Digital services, micro service architectures and data services * Good knowledge of the automation triangle and testing gates * Demonstrative ability to lead medium to large sized teams * Stakeholder management at all levels, ability to work with all relevant parties (project, suppliers, business, technical teams, service delivery etc) to ensure an effective test service is maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle * Ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, training and other aspects as required * Understanding of the business objectives to be able to offer any value-add proposals or innovations * Excellent presentation to technical and non-technical audiences * Excellent communication (both written and oral) Experience of CMMi/TMMi Experience of AWS Applicants only with valid visa to work in the UK may apply.
