I'm looking for Head Chef for a fantastic progressive property located in the Northern Pennines. This really is a superb opportunity to be a part of something very special, as my client looks to progress their stunning destination property to the next level, from its popular breakfast and lunchtimes offers to now growing that to a quality evening dining offer also. This role will involve managing a small team and working closely with the GM and a key appointment as you will be working with them in creating a high quality Dining offer.
