5 Star house builder Site Manager, Bristol Your new company This well-established 5 star national house builder are one of the leading organisations in their field. They boast a large, diverse workforce with a wealth of opportunity for career development and progression. Due to continued success they are looking to recruit a couple of Site Managers to run various developments in the local area. This is a great opportunity to join at an exciting time for this business and be part of the strong team they have forged over recent years. Your new role Reporting to the Build Manager or Contracts Manager you will manage the operational delivery of residential units ensuring health and safety standards, quality standards and customer expectations are met. What you'll need to succeed For the best chance of success with this role you will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Ideally with some specific project experience in the residential developer market. You will have a genuine passion for construction and likely hold a HND or higher in Construction Management. As a minimum you will need to hold SMSTS, First Aid at Work and a CSCS card.
