The ideal candidate will be driven, resourceful, respectful, a good team player, able to handle a multitude of projects and to adapt to a quick and flexible environment. A good sense of humour and professionalism is crucial. Responsibilities: Supporting a team of 5 Arranging domestic and international travel Meeting organisation Complex diary management Processing expenses and invoice reconciliation Coordinating team events Support and document preparation for meetings Ensuring compliance is up to date and adhered to Setting up conference calls and AV systems Administration support to the team Requirements: Approximately 2-3 years’ experience in a similar position Fluency in French or another European language desirable but not essential Excellent attention to detail High level of flexibility Proactive Team player Well presented with a warm and approachable nature Excellent organisational skills Proficient with MS Office Suite
