FRENCH SPEAKING - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR / ACCOUNT MANAGER - PERMANENT - ASHBY DE LA ZOUCH - UP TO £24K (DOE) GFR Recruitment are working with a fantastic company in Ashby de la Zouch to support them with their recruitment of a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor. The objectives of the French speaking Customer Service Advisor are to build a strong and reliable relationship with your designated customers by providing an excellent customer experience. Other duties include progressing orders, forward planning orders and having a thorough understanding of products to enable alternative product sourcing. Main Responsibilities Build an excellent relationship built on trust and support with the supply chain and buyers within the major accounts. Tracking orders from beginning to end and ensuring goods are ready on time and in full for despatch. Investigate future availability of products via the 'inhouse’ ordering system, ensuring that there are both purchase orders and works orders in place to cope with any future demand. Run an efficient spreadsheet system to progress them in advance of all weekly deliveries. This should be operated at least 1 month in advance of order due dates. Efficiently responding to requests sent in by the customers. potting potential problems at the earliest opportunity and proposal of constructive solutions/alternative products. I successful applicant will FLUENT in French, have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including the use of Microsoft Excel, be confident on the telephone and have excellent attention to detail. In return a salary of up to £24,000 is offered (DOE) working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Please apply online
