Overview

This popular, independent, City practice has a defined need for a junior level funds lawyer. Working closely with seniors in the team work will include acting for institutional and boutique fund managers across private equity and real estate sectors. Ideally candidates will have a grounding in funds work and have gained a good amount of experience pre and post qualification. However candidates with a more general corporate background interested in focusing on funds will also be considered.
