Technical Sourcer - EMEA Do you have experience recruiting Tech? Oakleaf are looking for a Strong Tech Sourcer to join a market leading Technology company based in Central London. The role is on an 11 month contract and they want you to identify the best talnet on the market and help shape the recruitment strategy for Technicla based roles. Have you sourced or recruited across EMEA? TECHNICAL SOURCER, Day to day: Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events and sourcing campaigns Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of sourcing experience with in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques Experience screening resumes to match qualifications Experience engaging and activating passive candidates
