You will be working closely with our patients and their families; your experience and expertise will allow our patients to live a normal life and receive the best possible care within the comfort of their own home and surrounded by their family. Nurse Responsibilities: Identify patient care requirements by establishing a personal rapport with potential and actual patients. Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families. Assess each patient’s needs, plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care . You will be responsible for the delivery of care and the supervision of others who are carrying out all aspects of the caring process. Nurse duties will be that of a standard nurse position: Cannulation maintain accurate records, review care plans, report ill health of patients, catherization and medication runs.
