Overview
                                KHR Recruitment are currently partnered with a Tour Operator in the Sevenoaks area who are looking for an Administrator to join their busy booking team. The Administrator will be responsible for:  Dealing with inbound and outbound calls and enquiries relating to trips/tours booked  Dealing with enquiries and booking details for large numbers of clients at any one time  Processing booking forms and payment details on in-house system  Credit control  Creating and sending out promotional and marketing material (emails)  Processing incoming and outgoing mail  Diary management  Keeping in-house system up to date/tidy  Dealing with customer complaints where necessary  Ad-hoc administration duties as required The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous administration experience. Previous travel industry experience would be a benefit but not a must. They will also:  Be self-motivating and organised  Have excellent Microsoft package experience  Have strong systems experience  Be an effective communicator and able to communicate over the phone Please note that this role will also include some travel to London & Europe which may result in an overnight stay. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £20,000 per annum  pension contribution & holiday allowance.
