Overview
Job Title: Agile Coach / Scrum Master Salary: Up to £45,000 Location: Exeter Acorn is searching for an experienced Agile Coach / Scrum Master to join an innovative IT Solutions Provider based in Exeter. The role will focus upon facilitating the adoption of an Agile methodology in addition to acting as a Scrum Master within the team. The successful candidate will join the company's close-knit development team consisting of 10 individuals. They currently operate in a predominantly Waterfall method but aspire to be fully Agile, as Agile coach you will be instigating this Agile adoption providing training & support and facilitating continuous improvement. Responsibilities include: Instigating the adoption of Agile methodology across the business. Promote the benefits of Agile methodologies at all levels Acting as a Scrum Master. We are looking for someone with the following: Previous experience overseeing a transformation from Waterfall to Agile. Significant experience in a Scrum Master or Agile coach role. Expert in creating reports to understand where to concentrate our agile transformation effort Benefit From: Up to £45,000 bonus. 28 days holiday Private Pension & Healthcare package. Gym membership.
